Dana 23. siječnja 2019. godine  zaključen je Ugovor o dodjeli financijskih sredstava za provedbu prve godine trogodišnjeg programa "UZ PODRŠKU JE LAKŠE" između Grada Karlovca i RAJSKE PTICE - Udruge za osobe s intelektualnim teškoćama Karlovačke županije.
 
Odobrena financijska sredstva u iznosu od 12.000,00 kuna na godišnjoj razini namijenjena su sufinanciranju plaće tajnika/koordinatora Udruge i Kluba Rajska ptica.
